Product Features

1. The butterfly valve features simple structure, compact size, light weight, low material consumption, small installation dimension, quick 90° on-off rotation and low driving torque. It is used for cutting off, connecting and regulating medium in pipelines, with excellent flow control performance and tight sealing.

2. The butterfly plate can convey slurry and leave minimal residual liquid at pipe ends. It achieves excellent sealing performance and regulating capability under low pressure.

3. Streamlined design of the butterfly plate minimizes fluid resistance loss, making it an energy-saving optimized product.

4. The valve stem adopts a through stem structure. After tempering treatment, it delivers excellent comprehensive mechanical performance, corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance. When the butterfly plate closes, the stem only rotates without axial movement, so the stem sealing is not easily damaged and maintains reliable tightness. The stem end is designed with anti-out structure to prevent the stem from popping out accidentally if connection failure occurs between stem and butterfly plate.

5. Connection types include flanged, wafer lug, butt weld and lug wafer connection. Actuation options: manual, worm gear operated, electric, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electro-hydraulic linkage actuator, which supports remote control and automatic operation.
