3. A complete set of formal cooperation agreements shall be signed by both sides, to ensure the legality,

1. Warranty Period
All valves and their accessories come with an 18-month warranty from the date of original purchase.
Extended customized warranty terms can be additionally agreed upon for special working conditions
and specific client requirements.
2. Warranty Method
We provide repair or replacement services according to specific fault conditions of the product.
Repairable and replaceable parts include, but are not limited to, valve bodies, valve cores, sealing assemblies,
actuators and other critical components.
All replaced parts, actuators or complete valves are brand-new factory products.
Replaced components, actuators and valves will be covered under the remaining duration of the original 18-month warranty.
