Product Features

1. Simple structure, compact size, light weight, low material consumption, small installation dimension. It opens and closes quickly with 90° rotary operation and requires low driving torque. Used for cutting off, connecting and regulating pipeline medium, with excellent flow control and sealing performance.

2. Suitable for slurry service and applications where pipeline residual liquid volume is minimal. Maintains excellent sealing and regulating performance under low pressure conditions.

3. Streamlined disc design minimizes fluid resistance loss, making it an energy-efficient valve solution.

4. Stem structure undergoes strict heat treatment, delivering excellent mechanical performance, corrosion resistance and anti-wear property. During opening and closing, the valve stem only performs rotational movement without vertical displacement, ensuring reliable sealing and stable packing performance. A special anti-ejection design at the external stem end prevents the stem from blowing out under unexpected connection failure.

5. Connection types: wafer lug, wafer, butt weld and lug wafer connection. Actuation options include handwheel, worm gear, electric, pneumatic, hydraulic and electro-hydraulic operators to realize remote control and automatic operation.
