Product Features

1. This butterfly valve features a simple structure, small overall size, light weight, low material consumption and compact installation dimensions. It opens and closes quickly with 90° reciprocating rotation and requires minimal driving torque. Used for cutting off, connecting and regulating pipeline medium, it delivers excellent fluid control performance and tight shut-off sealing.

2. Suitable for slurry conveyance, with very little residual liquid retained in the pipeline cavity. It maintains reliable sealing and excellent regulating performance even under low pressure operating conditions.

3. Streamlined disc design reduces fluid resistance loss significantly, making this valve an energy-saving product.

4. The valve stem adopts a solid forged structure with precision heat treatment, providing outstanding mechanical strength, corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance. During opening and closing operations, the stem only performs rotational movement without vertical lifting motion, protecting packing from wear and ensuring consistent, reliable sealing. It is securely locked to the butterfly disc, and the outer end features an anti-blowout design to prevent dangerous stem ejection in case of accidental connection failure.

5. Available connection types: flanged, wafer, butt weld and lug wafer connection. Actuator options include handwheel, worm gear, electric, pneumatic, hydraulic and electro-hydraulic drive, enabling remote control and fully automated operation.
