Cast Steel Electric Gate Valve Z941H

Advantages

1. Low flow resistance. The internal passage of the valve body is straight-through, the medium flows in a straight line, resulting in minimal flow resistance.

2. Labor-saving opening and closing. Compared with globe valves, the movement direction of the gate plate is perpendicular to the medium flow direction during opening and closing.

3. Large overall height and long opening/closing stroke. The opening and closing travel of the gate is large, and it rises and lowers driven by the screw stem.

4. Less risk of water hammer effect, due to its long closing time.

5. Medium can flow in either direction, easy for installation. The valve channel is symmetrical on both sides.

6. Short structural length (distance between two connecting end faces of the valve body).

7. Simple shape, short structural length, excellent manufacturing craftsmanship, wide application range.

8. Compact structure, reliable sealing, smooth internal channel, low flow resistance. The sealing surface is made of stainless steel and hard alloy for extended service life. With PTFE packing, it achieves reliable sealing and easy, flexible operation.

Disadvantages

The sealing surface is prone to erosion and scratches, making maintenance difficult after wear. It has a large overall outer dimension, requires large space for opening, features a long closing time, and has a relatively complex structure.
