Features

1. This butterfly valve features a simple structure, compact size, light weight, low material consumption and small installation footprint. It realizes 90° reciprocating opening/closing with low driving torque, ideal for cutting off, connecting and regulating pipeline medium, and delivers excellent fluid control and shut-off performance.

2. It is suitable for slurry conveying and applications requiring minimal residual liquid retention in pipelines. It maintains excellent sealing performance and regulating characteristics even under low pressure conditions.

3. The streamlined disc design greatly reduces fluid resistance loss, making it an energy-saving and highly efficient product.

4. The valve stem adopts a solid structure with professional heat treatment, offering outstanding mechanical strength, corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance. During opening and closing cycles, the stem only rotates without vertical lifting movement, which protects packing from damage and ensures stable and reliable sealing. It is permanently locked to the butterfly disc, and the external end is designed with an anti-blowout structure to prevent accidental stem ejection under connection failure.

5. Available connections: flanged, wafer, butt weld and lug wafer connection. Actuator options: handwheel, worm gear, electric, pneumatic, hydraulic and electro-hydraulic drive, supporting remote control and fully automatic operation.
